An open Christmas greeting card with a small tree and snow on the front, beside an envelope and a pen

How to use

  1. Pick one of the eight Christmas designs (classic red and green, navy and silver, buffalo plaid, blush and gold, sage, kraft paper and more), or upload your own photo as the background.
  2. Edit the Greeting, Name, Message and From lines. The card preview updates as you type.
  3. Choose a Font and one of 16 Text colors, from gold, silver and cream to Christmas red, evergreen and navy, or pick any color with the custom color button. Each design starts with a color that reads well on it.
  4. Click Download PNG to save the card, or Share on a phone to send it straight to a chat app. Print 4×6 sends it straight to your printer at photo size.

Make a Christmas card with a name in a minute

A personal card does not need a design app or an account. Type the person's name and a short message, pick a design, and the card is ready as an image you can text, email, post or print. Nothing is uploaded: the card is drawn in your browser, so family photos used as backgrounds stay on your device.

The downloaded card is a 1024 × 1536 pixel PNG, a 2:3 portrait shape that matches a 4 × 6 inch photo print. That is sharp on any phone and prints cleanly at photo size at home or at a photo kiosk.

What to write in a Christmas card

Short and personal works best. Use the Greeting line for the main wish, the Name line for who it is for, and two or three sentences in the Message. A few ideas you can adapt:

Sending and printing your card

To text it, use Share on a phone, or download the PNG and attach it in Messages, WhatsApp or email. To print, open the PNG and print it at 4 × 6 inches on photo paper, or send it to a photo printing service. For a folded card, print it on the right half of a letter-size sheet in landscape and fold it in half.

For a card that is all yours, upload a family photo or a picture you made with an AI image tool as the background, then pick white text with its soft shadow so the words stay readable on a busy photo. Unlike a mailed card, a digital card can still go out on Christmas morning.
